An Invitation arrived to co-weave an altar with the guidance of Dorrie Joy (Instagram @Dorrie.joy) in her space 'The house of Deer’ at Medicine Festival 2023.
This Altar was a prayer of fertility, for the land. A prayer for the beautiful unfolding & holding of the festival, Dorrie’s beautiful space was filled with her paintings. The whole place was filled with earthly reverence & deep rooted wisdom, it was so magical to create with her. She is a true wisdom keeper of the British Isles, weaving & crafting drums, medicine bundles she is dreaming alive the ancient & wild side of the soul.
